This picture is actually pretty gross, but I was SUPER excited last night when I FINALLY started seeing fireflies. That was one of the things that made me so excited to move to the east. Apparently, we had just missed them by the time we moved here last summer. I was beginning to think that I had been lied to. But last night they were out and about. They are SO COOL!

Thats funny - I saw the first one of the season last night too. My sis-in-law who is from Idaho was super excited to see it. It was a first for her too.
I love fireflies!! I can't wait to see them! We are really excited for you guys to come through town. Hopefully we'll have our house somewhat organized by then. You're coming on July 1st, right??
